Terms and Conditions — 3pati boss Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 3pati boss platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete your registration or, in the absence of registration, from the moment you first access the platform.

These terms apply to all aspects of the 3pati boss platform including the slots section, sports betting, fish games, the VIP programme, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional offerings. If any new feature or section is added to the platform in the future, these terms will apply to that feature as well unless separate terms are express ly stated.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the 3pati boss platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they are updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To use the 3pati boss platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or business.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of 3pati boss or any of its associated service providers.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is expressly prohibited by applicable laws.
• You must be the sole owner and controller of the payment method used to fund your account.

3pati boss does not make representations about the legality of using this platform in any specific location. It is your sole responsibility to understand the laws that apply to you and to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful in your location.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 3pati boss. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — will be treated as duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 3pati boss will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

• Account credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred to any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

3pati boss reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid national identity document or other supporting documentation.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 3pati boss are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and supported mobile wallets. The full list of available payment methods is shown in the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method used. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.

• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits must come from legitimate personal funds. Using funds obtained through fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• 3pati boss does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 3pati boss account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered to your account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your 3pati boss account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. These are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements. Until those requirements are satisfied, the relevant funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. Providing requested documentation promptly will help avoid delays.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. VIP members benefit from priority processing queues with faster turnaround.
• 3pati boss reserves the right to conduct additional review on any withdrawal request before approving it, particularly for larger amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified with a reason where possible. Common reasons include outstanding wagering requirements, unverified identity, or a mismatch between payment method ownership and account details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3pati boss offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for that specific offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, household, device or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, fish games and live casino games may have different contribution rates. These are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• 3pati boss reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 3pati boss are subject to the betting rules applicable to that specific sport and market. These rules govern how bets are settled, how void bets are handled, what happens in the event of a postponed or abandoned match, and how in-play bets are processed.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a clear technical error or pricing mistake may be voided at 3pati boss's discretion.
• For Cricket, PSL and T20 markets: specific rules apply to rain-affected matches, DLS method outcomes, match abandonment and super overs. These are detailed in the sports betting rules section accessible from your account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and player account status.
• 3pati boss reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or restrict markets for any player account at any time, including but not limited to accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for Cricket this means the result as declared by the ICC, PCB or the relevant board.

In-play betting markets may be suspended during key moments of a match — for example during a Cricket wicket review or video referee check in football. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. It is your responsibility to be aware of whether in-play markets are active at the time of placing your bet.

8 Slots & Games

All slot titles, fish games and other casino-style games available on 3pati boss are sourced from established third-party game providers. These games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning that every outcome — every spin, every card, every fish hit — is independently and randomly determined.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are set by the game provider, not by 3pati boss. These figures are available in the game information panel within each title.
• Malfunctions in a game — such as a disconnection during a spin — may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned. Completed game rounds that have been fully processed will stand.
• Game availability may change at any time if a provider withdraws or updates a title. 3pati boss is not liable for the removal of any specific game from the library.
• Fish games are skill-influenced arcade games. The probability of hitting targets is governed by the game's internal mechanics, which are set by the provider.
• Free spin awards from bonuses or in-game features are subject to the terms attached to that bonus or the game's own rules.

Playing slots and games on 3pati boss should be treated as entertainment. No system, strategy or pattern of play can guarantee winnings or alter the mathematical outcome of a certified RNG game over the long run.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

3pati boss is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or pricing errors to generate winnings outside of normal gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's account or payment details, or impersonating another player.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or interfere with any part of the 3pati boss platform or its underlying systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

3pati boss reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This includes situations where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions or identity inconsistencies are detected on the account.
• A player is found to be under the age of 18.
• A player has self-excluded or requested account closure under the responsible gaming programme.
• Required identity verification documents have not been submitted within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. If you choose to close your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after final review.

Suspended accounts will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted or the matter is resolved. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact support with your account details and a description of the situation.

13 Platform Availability

3pati boss aims to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages and factors outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• We are not liable for losses — including lost betting opportunities — that result from planned or unplanned platform downtime.
• Where a game or betting market malfunctions during active play and a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any section of the platform at any time for maintenance, legal or commercial reasons.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 3pati boss's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money deposits held in their account at the relevant time.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or game information, where such information contains errors.
• We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to comply with these terms, including losses resulting from account suspension for breach of terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, such as fraud or gross negligence on our part.

15 Changes to These Terms

3pati boss may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
